Bulletproof HIIT is a high-energy workout that combines full-body interval training with exercises designed to keep your joints durable and functional. This class is for anyone who loves to work hard but wants their focus to be on building long-lasting strength in key areas like the hips, shoulders, knees, and core. We’ll target joint stability and mobility, all while working on functional movements like squats, presses, and pulls.
Showcases also contain classes taught by substitute instructors. Our in-studio schedule is kept up-to-date on upcoming classes that will be taught by a substitute.
