Tabata is an energizing yet easy-to-follow strength and cardio class. The Tabata method was designed and researched by Izumi Tabata, who proved that short intervals of higher intensity increase your cardiac health and resting metabolic rate. It includes 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. This repeats for 4 minutes and then you get 1 minute of rest so you are ready for the next move.
